The Distillerie Merlet & Fils has decided to implement a dynamic and strict quality management policy in order to satisfy its clients, and comply to legal and normative constraints.

In 2008 the company is certified ISO 9001. Customers and consumers compliance are put at the centre of all its concerns.

Since 2008 the company has been engaged in the ISO 22000 certification implementation in order to guaranty quality and food safety of its products. This imply highly strict controls of all its production processes.

The Distillerie Merlet & Fils’ policy also aims at favouring innovation in new products development and further more in work methods and production techniques improvement.

Environment protection is a growing concern for the company so most of our facilities are classified “ICPE” (“Facilities Classified for the Environment Protection) and our all effluents and wastes are recycled.

The Distillerie Merlet & Fils made the choice of excellence of production over the past five generations. Its “savoir-faire” and quality of its products are today internationally acknowledged.
